GE DS200SIOCG1AEA Integrated I/O control module

GE DS200SIOCG1AEA is an industrial-grade integrated I/O control module in the Mark VIe series, designed for multi-type signal processing in industrial automation systems. Integrating digital and analog signal acquisition and output control functions, it serves as a core execution component connecting the main controller and on-site equipment. The module seamlessly connects to the GE Mark VIe main control system via high-speed backplane bus, supporting bidirectional transmission of dry contacts, active signals and standard industrial signals to realize equipment status monitoring, logic control and fault linkage execution. Adopting a compact modular structure with configurable terminals and diagnostic test points, it supports 35mm DIN rail mounting and hot-swap operation. Certified by UL, CE and IEC 61131-2, it is suitable for harsh industrial scenarios such as power and metallurgy.​

Product Performance​

DS200SIOCG1AEA adopts a 32-bit high-performance microprocessor with an operation speed of 100 MIPS and a minimum control cycle of 5ms, enabling rapid response to on-site signal changes and precise logic control and parameter adjustment. The 16-bit high-precision A/D conversion chip combined with digital filtering algorithm results in analog signal acquisition error ≤0.1%, ensuring the accuracy of temperature, pressure and other parameter monitoring.​

The channel-level 2.5kVAC electrical isolation design combined with EMC filtering circuit provides common mode rejection ratio ≥90dB, effectively resisting electromagnetic interference and ground loops in industrial sites. Supporting hot-swap function, the system remains in normal operation during module replacement, reducing maintenance downtime by more than 90%.​

Integrated with comprehensive self-diagnosis functions, it can real-time detect channel open circuit, short circuit, chip faults and power abnormalities, with fault response time ≤5ms, feeding back to the main controller via the backplane bus and triggering alarms. Fully compatible with Mark VIe series control systems, data update delay ≤20ms, mean time between failures (MTBF) ≥150,000 hours, meeting industrial-grade continuous operation requirements.​
