GE DS200SHVMG1AGE Signal monitoring and conditioning module

GE DS200SHVMG1AGE is an industrial-grade high-voltage signal monitoring and conditioning module in the Mark VIe series, designed for multi-type voltage parameter acquisition in medium and high-voltage industrial systems. Integrating high-voltage signal isolation, high-precision A/D conversion and data communication functions, it serves as a core signal processing component in high-voltage drive and power grid monitoring systems. The module seamlessly connects to the GE Mark VIe main control system via high-speed backplane bus, supporting direct access and linear conditioning of AC/DC high-voltage signals. Adopting a compact modular structure with high-voltage dedicated terminals and diagnostic test interfaces, it supports 35mm DIN rail mounting and hot-swap operation. Certified by UL, CE and IEC 61800-3, it is suitable for harsh scenarios such as high-voltage motor control and new energy inverters.​

Product Performance​

DS200SHVMG1AGE adopts high-precision 16-bit A/D conversion chip and adaptive temperature compensation algorithm, with measurement error ≤0.2% over the full temperature range, ensuring accuracy and long-term stability of high-voltage signal acquisition. Built-in high-voltage voltage divider circuit and isolation amplifier enable direct access to kilovolt-level AC/DC signals without external signal transmitters, greatly simplifying system integration.​

Channel-level 3kVAC electrical isolation design combined with three-stage EMC filtering circuit provides common mode rejection ratio ≥100dB, effectively resisting strong electromagnetic interference and ground loops in industrial sites. Supporting hot-swap function, the system remains in normal operation during module replacement, reducing maintenance downtime by more than 90%.​

Integrated with full-link self-diagnosis functions, it can real-time detect high-voltage channel overload, chip faults, power abnormalities and communication interruptions, with fault response time ≤5ms, feeding back to the main controller via the backplane bus and triggering sound-light alarms. Seamlessly compatible with Mark VIe control system, data update delay ≤20ms, mean time between failures (MTBF) ≥150,000 hours, meeting continuous operation requirements in high-voltage scenarios.​
