DS200FSAAG1ABA adopts dual isolation design of photoelectric isolation and relay output, with common mode rejection ratio ≥90dB, effectively resisting electromagnetic interference and ground loops in industrial sites. 32 input channels support adaptive access of dry contacts and active signals without hardware jumper configuration, adapting to diverse on-site equipment signal types.
16 relay outputs have mechanical latching function, maintaining stable output status in fault conditions to avoid equipment misoperation. Supporting hot-swap function, the system remains in normal operation during module replacement, reducing maintenance downtime by more than 90%. Integrated with channel-level self-diagnosis functions, it can real-time detect input open circuit, output short circuit and power abnormalities, with fault response time ≤10ms, feeding back to the control system via the backplane bus.
