Product Performance
DS200DCFBG1BNC adopts a multi-rail power output design, providing +5V, ±15V and ±24V DC power to meet the diverse power supply needs of processors, analog circuits and drive modules in control systems. When load changes suddenly, the output voltage fluctuation can be controlled within ±1%, ensuring stable operation of sensitive equipment.
Built-in voltage and current sensors with intelligent diagnostic circuits, real-time display of working status through onboard LED indicators (green for normal, red for fault). After short circuit or overload faults are eliminated, the module can automatically resume power supply, reducing manual intervention. Channel-level electrical isolation design combined with EMC filtering circuit effectively resists electromagnetic interference in industrial sites and maintains stable output within the wide temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
Supports VME bus architecture plug-and-play, seamlessly integrable with other modules in the Mark V series. N+1 redundant power supply is achieved through external current sharing resistors when multiple modules are paralleled, with mean time between failures (MTBF) ≥150,000 hours, meeting industrial-grade continuous operation requirements.
