D20 EME2400-21004 adopts a dedicated Ethernet control chip with data transmission delay ≤5ms, supporting star/ring topology, which can connect 32 external devices simultaneously to ensure parallel transmission of control signals and batch data. Integrated with multi-protocol conversion engine, the conversion response time between different protocols is ≤2ms, adapting to heterogeneous industrial network interconnection needs.
The battery-backed storage unit can cache 5000 time-stamped event records, with data retention ≥1000 hours after power-off for easy fault tracing. Built-in real-time self-diagnostic system, it can monitor communication link on-off, protocol exceptions, power status and storage unit health, with fault diagnosis coverage ≥99%, triggering LED alarm within 10ms after fault occurrence.
Adopting industrial-grade anti-interference circuit design, the communication packet loss rate is <0.01% in strong electromagnetic environments. Fully compatible with D20ME main controller and D20C I/O modules, it supports online parameter configuration and firmware upgrade via ToolboxST software, enabling system expansion without shutdown. The mean time between failures (MTBF) is ≥400,000 hours, adapting to long-term continuous operation scenarios.
