The storage unit is equipped with a long-life lithium battery backup, which can maintain data storage for ≥1000 hours after power failure, avoiding loss of key configuration and operating data.
Adopting industrial-grade anti-interference circuit design, the common mode rejection ratio is ≥120dB, which can maintain stable communication in strong electromagnetic environments such as substations and industrial plants. Built-in comprehensive self-diagnostic function, it real-time monitors communication link integrity, power status and storage unit health, with fault diagnosis coverage ≥99%, triggering LED indicator alarm within 5ms after fault occurrence.
The modular design supports on-site upgrade, and the capacity can be expanded by replacing the storage chip without disassembling the whole machine. Fully compatible with D20ME main module, D20C I/O module, etc., supporting DNP3, Modbus and other industrial protocols, the mean time between failures (MTBF) is ≥400,000 hours, adapting to long-term continuous operation scenarios.
