Product Performance
D20 EME 27-APR-13 is equipped with a high-performance DSP processor, supporting three regulation modes: constant voltage, constant power factor and constant reactive power. The static error of voltage regulation is ≤±0.25% rated voltage, and the dynamic response time is ≤50ms, which can quickly suppress voltage fluctuations caused by grid load changes. It integrates a Power System Stabilizer (PSS) interface, which can effectively suppress low-frequency oscillations and improve grid stability.
The protection system response time is <10ms, which can real-time monitor motor winding temperature, current and voltage abnormalities and other states. It realizes rotor overload protection through I²t integral curve, with fault diagnosis coverage ≥99%, supporting 512 time-stamped event records for fault tracing. Adopting dual isolation and anti-interference design, the common mode rejection ratio is ≥120dB, maintaining stable communication and control in strong electromagnetic environments.
Seamlessly compatible with D2000 automation systems and third-party DCS, it supports online parameter configuration and logic configuration via ToolboxST software, enabling function upgrade without shutdown. The mean time between failures (MTBF) is ≥400,000 hours, adapting to continuous operation in industrial scenarios.
