GE 531X305NTBAJG1 Analog input module

GE 531X305NTBAJG1 is an industrial-grade analog input module in the Mark VIe series, designed for high-precision signal acquisition in complex industrial processes, and serves as the core signal processing component of GE's distributed control system. Adopting a modular hardware architecture, this module supports 8-channel differential analog input, which can directly connect to thermocouple, RTD, voltage and current sensors to realize real-time acquisition of process parameters such as temperature, pressure and flow. Equipped with channel-level electrical isolation and comprehensive self-diagnosis functions, it communicates with the system at high speed via the backplane bus, supports DIN rail mounting and hot-swap operation, enabling maintenance and replacement without shutdown. Certified by UL, CE and ATEX, it is suitable for harsh environments such as industry and energy.​

Product Performance​

531X305NTBAJG1 adopts a high-precision 16-bit A/D conversion chip and temperature compensation algorithm, with measurement error ≤0.25% over the full temperature range, ensuring the accuracy and repeatability of process parameter acquisition. The channel-level 2.5kVAC electrical isolation design combined with hardware filtering circuit provides common mode rejection ratio ≥100dB, effectively resisting electromagnetic interference and ground loops in industrial sites.​

Supporting hot-swap function, the system remains in normal operation during module replacement, reducing maintenance downtime by more than 90%. Integrated with comprehensive self-diagnosis functions, it can real-time detect channel open circuit, short circuit, overvoltage and module power supply abnormalities, with fault response time ≤10ms, triggering alarms and recording fault codes via the system controller. Seamlessly compatible with Mark VIe control system, data update delay ≤50ms, meeting real-time control requirements, with mean time between failures (MTBF) ≥150,000 hours.​
