FOXBORO FBM216B P0927AJ Redundant HART communication input module
Specific parameters
Input channels: 8 independent isolated analog input channels.
Input signal type: standard 4 to 20mA analog sensor signal, digital HART frequency shift keying (FSK) signal superimposed on 4 to 20mA analog signal.
Working voltage: 220V.
Output frequency: 60KHz.
Product Performance
Channel isolation: Each of the eight input channels is electrically isolated from each other, ground, and module logic, enhancing the stability and anti-interference ability of the system.
Redundancy function: The module provides FBM level redundancy, improving the reliability and availability of the system, and reducing the risk of system downtime caused by module failures.
Communication capability: Each input channel is equipped with a dedicated FSK modem for bidirectional digital communication with HART field devices, enabling Foxboro to ™ DCS can request and receive two pieces of digital information per second from on-site devices. Support the HART universal commands required for the interface between on-site devices and Foxboro DCS database. The message pass through function can be used to support HART universal, common, and specific device commands, but does not support burst communication mode.
Signal processing: Each 4 to 20mA input signal from a HART device can be analog-to-digital converted for digital processing and control by the DCS system.
