Product Overview: This converter is mainly used to convert standard DC input signals into proportional pneumatic output signals for use with other pneumatic instruments or control valves. The product complies with applicable EU directives and bears the “CE” mark.
Structural design:
Compact and lightweight: The design is compact, with dimensions of 263 × 58 × 28mm and a weight of approximately 2.3kg, making it easy to install on surfaces, valve supports, or vertical pipes with nominal DN 50 or 2 inches.
Good protective performance: The shell is a threaded cover explosion-proof type (marked as “T”), suitable for all explosion-proof application scenarios, and can effectively prevent external environmental factors from affecting the internal circuit.
Input and output signals:
Input signal: The input signal range is 4-20mA DC, 4-12mA DC, or 12-20mA DC, with an impedance of 170 Ω. It has direct or reverse effects and can be configured according to actual application needs.
Output signal: The output signal is 20-100kPa, 3-15psi or 0.2-1.0bar (kg/cm ²), compatible with various pneumatic devices.
