High flame recognition accuracy: Only responds to the exclusive 185-260nm ultraviolet band, completely shielding non-flame light sources such as sunlight, LED lights, and welding arcs. The false alarm rate is ≤0.1 times/year, and the missed alarm rate is 0, ensuring reliable triggering of the combustion system’s safety interlock.
Fast response speed: Recognizes flames and outputs “flame present” signal in ≤1 second when flames appear, and triggers an alarm in ≤2 seconds when flames are lost, gaining time for emergency shutdown of combustion equipment and avoiding safety risks caused by fuel leakage.
Strong environmental adaptability: No delay in low-temperature startup at -40℃, and no attenuation of detection sensitivity when operating at high temperature of +85℃; IP65 protection can resist dust and rain splashes, and the die-cast aluminum alloy housing is resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, suitable for harsh working conditions in chemical and metallurgical industries.
Comprehensive self-diagnostic function: Regularly performs self-diagnosis on optical filter cleanliness, photoelectric sensor performance, and circuit integrity, and immediately outputs “fault alarm” signal when abnormalities are found. It supports remote monitoring of self-diagnostic status, reducing the frequency of manual inspections.
