EMERSON PR6423/00R-000+CON021 Eddy current sensor module

EMERSON PR6423/00R-000 is an eddy current sensor from Emerson's EPRO brand, which forms a complete rotating machinery monitoring system with the CON021 preamplifier. It is designed for non-contact measurement of shaft vibration, displacement, eccentricity and other parameters. The sensor monitors the dynamic changes on the surface of the metal shaft in real time through the principle of electromagnetic induction, and the preamplifier converts the original signal into standard voltage or current output, supporting integration with DCS, PLC or TSI (turbine monitoring system). This system complies with international standards such as API 670 and DIN 45670, and is suitable for harsh industrial environments such as high temperature and high vibration.

PR6423/00R-000 Eddy Current Sensor:
Measurement range: ± 1.0mm (linear range 2.0mm), sensitivity 8V/mm, resolution ≤ 0.1 μ m.
Frequency response: 0-10kHz, capable of capturing high-frequency vibration signals (such as blade flutter).
Working temperature: -35 ℃ to+200 ℃ (standard model), PR6424 series (resistant to 380 ℃) can be selected for high temperature scenarios.
Installation method: M10 × 1.0 metric thread or 3/8 “-24UNF imperial thread, cable length can be selected from 1-20 meters (armored or unarmored).
Calibration material: The factory pre calibration material is 42CrMo4 steel, suitable for most industrial metal surfaces.
CON021 preamplifier:
Signal output: DC voltage -20V to -4V (linear range), superimposed with AC signal proportional to vibration amplitude, supporting 4-20mA or 0-10V conversion (requires external transmitter).
Power supply requirements: 24V DC (± 10%), redundant power input, power consumption ≤ 5W.
Diagnostic function: Real time monitoring of sensor circuit status (open/short circuit), triggering the “channel fault” indicator light, automatically resetting the output signal and activating the alarm relay.
Protection level: IP20 (with protective casing), can be directly installed on the equipment site.
