EMERSON PR6423/003-010 Eddy current sensor module

EMERSON PR6423/003-010 is a non-contact displacement sensor that operates based on the principle of electromagnetic eddy current. By detecting changes in the distance between the metal conductor and the probe, it achieves real-time monitoring of parameters such as vibration, displacement, and eccentricity of the rotating shaft. Its core functions include micrometer level precision measurement, wide temperature range stability, and anti-interference ability. It is compatible with international standards such as API 670 and ISO 10817-1, and has passed IP67 protection certification. It is suitable for harsh industrial environments such as high temperature and high dust. This sensor needs to be used in conjunction with the CON021/CON031 preamplifier to form a complete monitoring system that can seamlessly integrate with Emerson PlantWeb ™ Predictive maintenance platform.
