Adopting an 8-channel independent RTD input design, it supports various RTD types such as Pt100, Pt1000, and Cu100, and can collect 8 channels of on-site industrial temperature signals at the same time, meeting the needs of multi-point temperature monitoring and improving system integration efficiency.
The measurement accuracy reaches ±0.01%FS with a resolution of 12 bits, which can accurately capture subtle changes in temperature during industrial processes, provide reliable data basis for temperature control and fault diagnosis, and ensure the accuracy of monitoring results.
It has a self-calibration function, which can complete calibration operations on demand. The sampling rate automatically drops to 1 sample/second during the calibration period, without manual intervention, reducing operation and maintenance costs and ensuring long-term measurement accuracy.
Supports hot swapping function, which can complete module installation, replacement and maintenance without shutting down the entire DCS system, greatly shortening system downtime and improving operation and maintenance efficiency and system continuity.
