Emerson FX-316 960132-01 Positioning servo driver\
Specific parameters
Power requirements: Input is 240V AC, 60Hz, 5A, 1ph; Output is 240V, 16kHz, 4A, 3ph. It can also adapt to various power specifications, such as 96-264VAC 1 Ø auxiliary logic power supply (for 1-1000 lb inches), etc.
Design features: Fully digital design, equipped with non-volatile memory, capable of storing up to 32 sets of index parameters, and able to scale according to user-defined units such as inches, feet, millimeters, etc.
Communication interface: Equipped with RS-232 communication interface, with a baud rate of up to 19.2Kbaud, it can connect up to 31 FX drives in a daisy chain manner on a single communication link.
I/O configuration: The basic FX driver comes standard with 8 input lines and 4 output lines (10 to 30VDC), which can be input or output. Application modules can be installed to add additional I/O (8 inputs, 4 outputs), memory (can store 256 sets of index parameters), and various special application functions. There are 93 predefined I/O functions that can be assigned to I/O lines.
Operation mode: Supports overall locator, simulated speed, simulated torque, pulse follower and other operation modes.
Motion Curve: Provides linear or modified sine motion curves.
Product Performance
High reliability: As a product of Emerson, we use high-quality materials and advanced production processes to ensure stable and long-term operation in industrial environments. The FX series drivers are reliable industrial flagship products, with some amplifiers certified by UL and Canadian UL.
Precise control: It can be combined with a rotary transformer feedback servo motor to obtain continuous torque from 0-1000 pound inches, enabling precise position, speed, and torque control to meet various high-precision motion control requirements.
Easy programming: You can easily program using EMERSON Motion Control’s PCXWin or PCX for DOS fill in the blank software.
Rich functionality: It has multiple operating modes, motion curves, as well as rich I/O functions and expandable application modules, which can meet the application needs of different levels of complexity.
