Intrinsically safe design can be directly used in Zone 0 hazardous areas without additional explosion-proof measures, effectively ensuring equipment operation and personnel safety in high-risk scenarios.

Two MTL831B units can share the same data highway to connect to a safe-area receiver, expandable to 32 multiplexed inputs, flexibly adapting to the needs of projects of different scales.
Equipped with fault self-protection function, the device can continue to work when a single link fails. Optional earth fault protection (connect terminal 8 to MTL4220) ensures timely fault response without affecting overall operation.
Compatible with low-capacitance and low-resistance cables for transmission, the transmission distance of 2km in hazardous areas and 3km in safe areas can meet the cross-area signal transmission needs of most industrial sites.
Compact structure is compatible with ENC8/ENC83 series dedicated enclosures. The enclosures with IP67 protection level are dustproof and waterproof, ensuring stable operation in harsh industrial environments.
