DATEL ICP232.2-5V 029.361114 is an industrial-grade logic operation module, whose core function is to realize signal logic processing, data transmission control and equipment collaborative scheduling in industrial automation systems. This module adopts a 5V DC standard power supply design, with a built-in voltage stabilization circuit and overload protection unit, which can be directly connected to the standard power bus of industrial control cabinets. Its hardware architecture integrates a Boolean logic operation unit and a signal conditioning module, supporting basic logic operations such as AND/OR/NOT and complex combinational logic execution. It also has a signal filtering function to suppress electromagnetic interference signals in industrial environments. The module is equipped with a standardized communication interface, compatible with industrial bus protocols such as RS485 and CAN, and can establish a real-time data link with sensors, actuators and upper computers to realize collaborative control between multiple devices. The housing is made of flame-retardant ABS material, complying with UL94 V-0 grade, adapting to harsh environments such as dust and high temperature in industrial sites, and can operate stably without additional protection.​
