CCC TIOC-555HD Signal processing transition module

CCC TIOC-555HD is an industrial-grade signal processing transition module, whose core function is to realize signal conversion, equipment collaborative control and key parameter management in industrial automation systems. This module supports access and conditioning of multiple types of industrial signals, converting analog signals (such as pressure, temperature) collected by sensors into standard digital signals and transmitting them to PLC or upper computer systems. It also has signal filtering and interference suppression capabilities, adapting to complex industrial electromagnetic environments. The module adopts a modular hardware architecture, supporting plug-and-play installation, compatible with mainstream industrial bus protocols, and can be directly connected to existing automation networks. The housing is made of UL94 V-0 grade flame-retardant material, with built-in overvoltage and overcurrent protection circuits, which can operate stably in harsh industrial environments, providing reliable signal processing solutions for scenarios such as compressor control, production line automation and energy monitoring.​
