CCC MCP-1004 Signal conversion module

CCC MCP-1004 is an industrial-grade CPU module developed by Compressor Controls Corporation (CCC), whose core function is to provide computing processing and logic control support for compressor control systems. This module is equipped with a 1GHz Extreme Engineering CPU, featuring multi-algorithm parallel processing capability, and can run dedicated control programs such as compressor start-stop control, pressure closed-loop regulation, and load balancing distribution. The module supports bidirectional data interaction with various industrial sensors (such as pressure and temperature sensors) and actuators (such as solenoid valves and frequency converters), compatible with mainstream industrial bus protocols like Modbus and Profibus, and can be directly connected to DCS distributed control systems. Adopting a modular hardware architecture, it is compatible with 35mm standard DIN rail mounting. The housing material meets UL94 V-0 flame retardant grade, with built-in overvoltage and overcurrent protection circuits. It can operate stably for a long time in compressor units of oil and gas, chemical and other industries, providing high-precision and high-reliability control solutions for equipment.​
