Product Performance
The module adopts a 24-bit high-precision A/D conversion chip, combined with a low-temperature drift operational amplifier, with vibration displacement measurement error ≤±0.1% FS and long-term stability ≤±0.01% FS/year. It supports a high sampling rate of 10kHz, which can accurately capture high-frequency small vibration signal fluctuations. Integrated with an adaptive digital filtering algorithm, the filtering frequency band is adjustable from 5Hz to 1kHz, effectively suppressing electromagnetic noise and mechanical interference in industrial sites to ensure stable measurement data.
Built-in equipment health diagnosis function, it can real-time monitor sensor connection status (open/short circuit), module power supply abnormality and signal drift, with fault diagnosis coverage ≥99% and fault response time ≤10ms. Fault information is uploaded to the upper system in real time via RS485 bus, and at the same time triggers LED indicator alarm. The relay output supports two-level threshold setting of alarm/trip, and the threshold can be configured online through upper software without shutdown adjustment.
Fully compatible with Bently Nevada System 1® equipment health management software and third-party PLC/DCS (such as Siemens S7, Rockwell ControlLogix), supporting Modbus RTU protocol for data interaction. The mean time between failures (MTBF) is ≥600,000 hours, meeting the 24/7 continuous operation needs of industrial scenarios.
