Product Performance
The module adopts a dedicated graphics processing chip with a data refresh rate ≤180ms, which can synchronously display all monitoring parameters in the 3500 frame in real time (including vibration peak-to-peak/effective value, shaft displacement, differential expansion, bearing temperature, and equipment status word). The touch screen response time is ≤40ms with no operation delay. It supports custom configuration of display language (Chinese/English/German, etc.), data units, and alarm colors through 3500 configuration software. 12 custom screens can be edited directly locally, and data can be displayed by categories such as “equipment group”, “parameter type”, and “alarm level”.
The API 670-compliant screen provides “3300-style” bar graph and numerical dual display, and the direct value, gap value, and OK/alarm/trip status of each slot module are intuitively presented. Clicking the module icon to view channel details is supported. With a display router box, it can realize centralized monitoring of 4 3500 racks, with a rack switching response time ≤250ms. The currently monitored rack address and total number of alarms are displayed in real time in the top status bar of the screen.
Integrated with a full-link self-diagnostic system, it real-time monitors the status of the display unit, communication link, touch screen, and power supply, with a fault diagnosis coverage rate ≥99%. In case of a fault, triple alarms are issued through LED indicator flashing, screen pop-ups, and system bus, facilitating quick problem location. It is fully compatible with all series of modules such as 3500/15 frame interface module and 3500/42 vibration monitoring module, and can be integrated into the existing 3500 system without additional drivers.
