Product Performance
The module adopts a dedicated graphics processing chip with data refresh rate ≤200ms, which can synchronously display all monitoring parameters in the 3500 frame in real time (including vibration displacement/velocity/acceleration, bearing temperature, shaft displacement, and equipment status word). The touch screen response time is ≤50ms with low operation delay. It supports language and display type configuration through 3500 rack configuration software, and 9 custom screens can be configured directly locally, allowing data display to be organized by measurement type, equipment group, etc.
The API-670 compliant screen provides “3300-style” bar graphs and numerical displays, clearly showing the direct/gap values and OK, bypass status of each slot module. With a display router box, it can realize centralized monitoring of 4 3500 racks, and the rack address and alarm status are displayed in the upper right corner of the screen in real time, with rack switching response time ≤300ms. It supports KVM extender to extend the remote display distance to 305m, and the remote display data is synchronized with the local without delay.
The module integrates self-diagnosis function, real-time monitoring the status of display unit, communication link and power supply. When a fault occurs, it feeds back alarm information through OK indicator flashing and system bus, with fault diagnosis coverage ≥98%. It is fully compatible with all series of modules such as 3500/15 frame interface module and 3500/42 vibration monitoring module, and can be integrated into existing systems without additional adaptation.
