Bently Nevada 3500/92 136188-01 is an industrial-grade enhanced redundant communication gateway module, belonging to the 3500 comprehensive machinery protection system. Its core function is to realize bidirectional data interaction between monitoring modules (vibration, axial position, differential expansion, temperature, etc.) in the 3500 frame and external DCS, SCADA, and equipment health management systems. Through multi-protocol conversion, data integration, and redundant link design, it ensures real-time transmission and continuous storage of monitoring data for critical rotating machinery, supporting remote monitoring and fault early warning. Adopting a dual Ethernet + serial redundant architecture, this module can be directly adapted to 3500 standard frame slots, with online configuration, full-link self-test, and data breakpoint resume functions. Product Performance​

The module adopts a dual-protocol processor parallel architecture, with protocol conversion response time ≤8ms, which can synchronize all monitoring data in the 3500 frame in real time (including vibration peak-to-peak, shaft displacement, differential expansion, bearing temperature, equipment status word), and data transmission delay ≤50ms to ensure the real-time performance of remote monitoring. It supports custom data acquisition cycles (100ms-10s adjustable) and data filtering rules, transmitting only valid monitoring data, reducing network bandwidth usage by ≥30%.​

It has Ethernet link redundancy and data path redundancy. When the main link fails, it automatically switches to the backup link with switching time ≤30ms; combined with the local data breakpoint resume mechanism, it can recover all monitoring data during the link interruption period to ensure no data loss. Integrated with a full-link self-test system, it real-time monitors the status of communication interfaces, protocol stacks, power supply circuits, and frame bus connections, with fault diagnosis coverage ≥99.5%. Fault information is fed back through three channels: LED indicators, system bus, and external alarm terminals, facilitating quick problem location.​

Fully compatible with Bently Nevada System 1® equipment health management software and third-party DCS (Siemens PCS 7, Rockwell PlantPAx, Emerson DeltaV), it supports online configuration of communication parameters, protocol mapping, and redundancy strategies through a web interface or System 1® software, with no shutdown required for configuration updates.
