Bently Nevada 3500/91M 190782-01 is an industrial-grade rotating machinery monitoring system Ethernet communication module kit, consisting of 3500/91M dual-port Ethernet communication module and 190782-01 dedicated interface component as core parts. It belongs to the data interaction core assembly of 3500 mechanical equipment condition monitoring system. Its core function is to establish an Ethernet data link between the 3500 system rack and upper computer, SCADA system or asset management platform, realizing real-time transmission of monitoring data (vibration, position, speed, etc.), alarm information and module status, and supporting remote configuration and fault diagnosis command issuance. Product Performance​

The kit adopts dual gigabit Ethernet port design, supporting link redundancy and automatic switching with switching time ≤10ms, ensuring uninterrupted data transmission. Compatible with multiple industrial protocols, it can seamlessly connect to mainstream monitoring platforms such as GE Predix and Siemens WinCC, with data transmission delay ≤2ms, and a single module can process 1000 monitoring data records per second.​

Integrated with IEEE 1588 PTPv2 precise time synchronization function, it achieves timestamp consistency of multi-module data acquisition, providing accurate timing basis for equipment fault traceability. Supports online firmware upgrade and configuration parameter download, with no data transmission interruption during upgrade, and firmware update time ≤30 seconds.​

Built-in comprehensive self-diagnosis functions, it can real-time monitor port connection status, network bandwidth utilization and protocol communication abnormalities, with diagnostic coverage ≥99%. Fault status is fed back through dual channels of module LED indicators (Link/Activity/Error) and system bus.
