Product Performance
The module adopts a dual-protocol processor parallel architecture with protocol conversion response time ≤5ms, which can synchronize all monitoring data in the 3500 frame in real time (including vibration peak-to-peak, shaft displacement, differential expansion, bearing temperature, and equipment status word), with data transmission delay ≤10ms to ensure the real-time performance of remote monitoring. It supports custom data acquisition cycles (100ms-10s adjustable) and data filtering rules to reduce invalid data transmission and lower network bandwidth occupation.
Equipped with Ethernet link redundancy function, it automatically switches to the backup link when the main link fails, with switching time ≤30ms. Combined with the data breakpoint resume mechanism, it ensures no data loss. Integrated with a full-link self-test system, it real-time monitors communication interface status, protocol stack operation integrity, module power supply, and bus connection with the 3500 frame, with fault diagnosis coverage ≥99.5%. Fault information can be fed back through three channels: LED indicators, system bus, and external alarm terminals.
Fully compatible with Bently Nevada System 1® equipment health management software and third-party DCS (such as Siemens PCS 7, Rockwell PlantPAx), it supports online configuration of communication parameters, protocol mapping, and redundancy strategies through a web interface or System 1® software, enabling configuration updates without shutdown. The mean time between failures (MTBF) is ≥600,000 hours, meeting the 24/7 continuous operation needs of industrial scenarios.
