Product Performance
The module adopts dual-protocol parallel processing technology with protocol conversion response time <10ms, which can synchronize all monitoring data in the 3500 frame in real time, including vibration peaks, shaft displacement, temperature values and equipment status information. It supports custom Modbus register mapping, which can filter transmitted data on demand to reduce network bandwidth occupation.
Equipped with link redundancy function, when the main communication link fails, it automatically switches to the backup link with switching time <50ms, ensuring the continuity of data transmission. Integrated online self-test module monitors communication interface status and protocol operation integrity in real time, with fault diagnosis coverage ≥99%, and fault information can be alarmed through both indicators and system bus.
Fully compatible with Bently Nevada System 1® equipment health management software, it supports remote configuration and parameter modification, enabling protocol configuration and link debugging without shutdown. The mean time between failures (MTBF) is ≥500,000 hours, meeting the requirements of industrial-grade 24/7 continuous operation.
