Bently Nevada 3500/64M 140734-05 is an industrial-grade high-performance multi-channel vibration monitoring module, serving as a core component of the Bently Nevada 3500 machinery condition monitoring and protection system. Its core function is to synchronously collect radial vibration, axial displacement and casing vibration signals of rotating machinery, realizing real-time calculation of key parameters such as vibration amplitude, phase and frequency through built-in signal conditioning, filtering and spectrum analysis circuits. It supports custom configuration of alarm and trip thresholds, has redundant architecture integration capability, and complies with API 670, ISO 10816 standards and industrial safety specifications. It is a core unit for vibration status monitoring and fault early warning of key rotating equipment such as steam turbines, compressors and motors, preventing equipment damage from excessive vibration and supporting predictive maintenance systems.​
