Bently Nevada 3500/54 133396-01 is an industrial-grade rotating machinery speed and keyphasor monitoring kit, consisting of 3500/54 4-channel speed monitoring module and 133396-01 dedicated terminal board as core components. It belongs to the key assembly of 3500 mechanical equipment condition monitoring system. Its core function is to receive signals from magnetoelectric speed sensors, photoelectric sensors and keyphasor sensors, realizing rotating machinery speed measurement, keyphasor marking, overspeed protection and speed fluctuation monitoring, and providing reference signals for equipment dynamic balance analysis and phase diagnosis. The kit communicates seamlessly with the main controller via 3500 system backplane, supports online configuration of overspeed trip thresholds and alarm logic, complies with API 670 rotating machinery monitoring standard and SIL 2 safety certification, suitable for speed safety control scenarios of key rotating equipment such as steam turbines and generators.​

Product Performance​

The kit adopts 24-bit high-precision A/D conversion chip and digital phase-locked loop technology, with speed measurement error ≤0.01% and resolution up to 0.01rpm at 1000rpm, enabling accurate capture of minor speed fluctuations. It supports 4-channel synchronous sampling, with keyphasor pulse trigger delay ≤1μs, providing accurate time reference for vibration phase analysis.​

Integrated with three-level overspeed protection logic (warning/alarm/trip), overspeed response time ≤5ms, trip thresholds can be configured online via System 1 software, supporting speed change rate monitoring (≥100rpm/s triggers alarm). Data transmission delay with 3500 system main controller is ≤3ms, supporting fault recording (recording 10-second speed curve before trip).​

Channel-level 2.5kV AC isolation design combined with terminal board filtering circuit provides common mode rejection ratio ≥100dB, effectively resisting electromagnetic interference and ground loops in industrial sites. Wide temperature adaptability and reinforced structure design ensure overall mean time between failures (MTBF) ≥300,000 hours, fully adapting to the speed safety monitoring needs of key rotating equipment.​
