Bently Nevada 3500/44M 140734-03 is an industrial-grade 4-channel multi-function monitoring kit for rotating machinery, consisting of 3500/44M 4-channel monitoring module and 140734-03 dedicated shielded connection cable as core components. It belongs to the core assembly of 3500 mechanical equipment condition monitoring system. Its core function is to synchronously collect radial vibration, shaft displacement, differential expansion, rotational speed and temperature signals of rotating machinery, and realize real-time monitoring of equipment health status, fault mode identification and interlock protection triggering through high-precision signal conditioning, digital conversion and intelligent diagnosis algorithm. The kit communicates seamlessly with the main controller via 3500 system backplane, supports online configuration and fault recording, complies with API 670 rotating machinery monitoring standard and SIL 2 safety certification, suitable for full-life cycle condition management scenarios of key rotating equipment such as steam turbines and gas turbines.​

Product Performance​

The kit adopts 24-bit high-precision A/D conversion chip and anti-aliasing filter circuit, with vibration signal measurement error ≤0.05% and shaft displacement resolution up to 0.05μm, enabling accurate capture of early equipment fault characteristics. The synchronous sampling rate of 2048 points/sec/channel, combined with 10kHz spectrum analysis capability, can fully record high-frequency impact vibration and rotational speed fluctuation signals.​

Integrated with intelligent fault diagnosis engine, built-in 12 typical fault models such as unbalance, misalignment and oil film whirl, fault identification accuracy ≥95%, response time ≤5ms, and rapid triggering of equipment interlock via relay output. Data transmission delay with 3500 system main controller is ≤3ms, supporting online parameter configuration, fault recording (up to 200 events) and firmware upgrade through System 1 software, without shutdown for maintenance.​

Channel-level 3kV AC isolation design combined with dedicated shielded cable provides common mode rejection ratio ≥120dB, effectively resisting strong electromagnetic interference and ground loops in industrial sites.
