Bently Nevada 3500/42M 135489-02 is an industrial-grade rotating machinery vibration and position monitoring kit, consisting of 3500/42M 4-channel monitoring module and 135489-02 dedicated terminal board as core components. It belongs to the key assembly of 3500 mechanical equipment condition monitoring system. Its core function is to collect status signals such as radial vibration, shaft displacement and differential expansion of rotating machinery, and realize real-time monitoring of equipment health status, fault early warning and interlock protection triggering through high-precision signal conditioning, digital conversion and logic operation. Product Performance​

The kit adopts 24-bit high-precision A/D conversion chip and anti-aliasing filter circuit, with vibration signal measurement error ≤0.1% and shaft displacement measurement resolution up to 0.1μm, ensuring subtle changes in equipment status can be accurately captured. The 4-channel independent signal conditioning architecture supports synchronous sampling, and the sampling rate of 1024 points/sec/channel can fully record high-frequency vibration impact signals (up to 10kHz spectrum analysis).​

Integrated with real-time fault diagnosis algorithm, it can automatically identify typical fault modes such as unbalance, misalignment and shaft bending, with fault response time ≤10ms, and quickly trigger equipment interlock shutdown via relay output. The data transmission delay with 3500 system main controller is ≤5ms, supporting online parameter configuration (alarm threshold, range calibration) and firmware upgrade through System 1 software, without system shutdown for maintenance.​

Channel-level 2.5kV AC isolation design combined with shielded terminal board provides common mode rejection ratio ≥100dB, effectively resisting electromagnetic interference and ground loops in industrial sites.
