Bently Nevada 3500/25 149369 – 01 Enhanced Keyphasor Module
Specific parameters
Power consumption: Normally 3.2 watts.
Input signal range: Non insulated I/O modules range from -0.8V to -21.0V; insulated I/O modules range from+5V to -11V. The module can limit the amplitude to prevent the signal from exceeding this range.
Input impedance: minimum 21.8k Ω.
Automatic threshold value: The minimum triggering signal amplitude is 2V peak to peak, and the minimum frequency is 120rpm (2Hz).
Manual threshold: Used for any input greater than 0.017Hz (1rpm for 1 event per revolution), with input ranging from 0 to 20Vdc, selectable by the user. The minimum triggering signal amplitude is 500mV peak to peak.
Lag: 0.2 to 2.5V, selectable by the user.
Product Performance
Strong signal processing capability: able to accurately convert analog signals from sensors into digital key phase signals, providing precise timing measurements for monitoring modules and external diagnostic devices to measure shaft speed and vector parameters, such as 1X vibration amplitude and phase.
Good compatibility: As an enhanced module, it is fully compatible with the original Keyphasor module in terms of appearance, installation size, and function, making it easy to upgrade and replace in existing systems.
It has multiple functional features: it can generate event signals for each rotation, support on-site firmware upgrades, and can report asset management data.
