Product Performance
The rack backplane adopts redundant communication design, supporting simultaneous data interaction of 14 modules without communication bottlenecks. Modules are automatically identified after insertion, no manual address configuration required. It supports hot-swapping; full-height/half-height modules can be replaced under system power-on condition without affecting the operation of other modules. The bulkhead mounting structure optimizes front-side operation experience, with terminal blocks and module interfaces all facing the front, adapting to narrow space installation scenarios.
The power distribution system has overload protection function; when the power consumption of a single module exceeds the rated value, it automatically cuts off the power supply of the slot to avoid affecting the overall rack. The backplane integrates fault diagnosis circuit, which feeds back slot status, communication link integrity and other information through the rack interface module, with fault diagnosis coverage ≥95%. It is compatible with 3500/01 V2.70 and above configuration software, supporting remote configuration of rack parameters and status monitoring. Multi-rack daisy-chain connection is achievable via RS422 interface, supporting up to 32 racks cascading communication.
