Bently Nevada 2300/25-00 Vibration monitoring module

Bently Nevada 2300/25-00 is an industrial-grade vibration monitoring module of the Bently Nevada 2300 series under GE, specifically designed for vibration status monitoring needs of small and medium-sized rotating machinery. Its core function is to collect vibration signals output by on-site magnetoelectric vibration sensors, complete signal amplification, filtering and effective value conversion through internal high-precision signal conditioning and processing circuits, realize real-time monitoring of radial or axial vibration of rotating machinery, and simultaneously transmit monitoring data and alarm signals to the control system or local display unit, providing reliable data support for equipment start-stop control, operation status evaluation and early fault warning. Complying with API 670 rotating machinery monitoring standards, the product is equipped with complete fault self-diagnosis and signal isolation functions, and can be directly integrated into the Bently Nevada 2300 monitoring system. It adapts to industrial on-site environments with high temperature, high vibration and multi-electromagnetic interference, providing stable and accurate vibration monitoring guarantee for pumps, fans, motors and other small and medium-sized rotating equipment in power, petrochemical and other industries.
