Bently Nevada 135473-01 Dual channel axial displacement monitoring module

Bently Nevada 135473-01 is a two-channel axial displacement monitoring module of the 3500 Machinery Protection System, core compatible with critical rotating equipment such as steam turbines, generators and compressors. It undertakes real-time acquisition, trend analysis and safety interlock protection of rotor axial displacement. The module adopts a differential input design, optimized for eddy current displacement sensors, and has built-in alarm and trip logic compliant with API 670 standard. By accurately monitoring the rotor axial movement distance, it avoids serious faults such as equipment end-face friction and bearing damage. Equipped with channel-level fault self-diagnosis and online hot-swapping capabilities, it seamlessly integrates with the 3500 system backplane bus, serving as a core monitoring component to ensure the safety of rotating equipment shafting.
