Bently Nevada 128277-01 Temperature monitoring module

Bently Nevada 128277-01 is a four-channel high-density temperature monitoring module of the 3500 Machinery Protection System, core compatible with critical rotating equipment such as steam turbines, generators and compressors. It undertakes synchronous acquisition, over-limit alarm and safety interlock functions for temperatures of multiple parts including bearings, windings, bearing shells and casings. Designed specifically for high-density monitoring scenarios, the module is compatible with two types of mainstream temperature sensors (RTD and thermocouple), and has built-in alarm logic compliant with API 670 standard and high-precision cold junction compensation algorithm. Equipped with channel-level independent fault self-diagnosis and online hot-swapping capabilities, it seamlessly integrates with the 3500 system backplane bus, serving as a core component for centralized temperature monitoring of multiple measuring points in large rotating equipment and ensuring thermal safe operation.
