Product Performance
Adopting single-stage diaphragm regulation technology, the output pressure fluctuation range is ≤±0.5 PSI, and it can operate continuously and stably under full-load input of 1700 PSI. The spring-return mechanism ensures that the piston rod automatically resets to the closed state when power or air is cut off, cutting off medium circulation to achieve safe shutdown. The combination design of nitrile rubber sealing components and stainless steel diaphragms ensures long-lasting sealing performance of the equipment without medium leakage, and the sealing life is ≥10000 hours.
The equipment has certain tolerance to medium impurities, and can be adapted to fluids containing tiny particles (diameter ≤5μm) without additional filtering devices. The pressure adjustment knob supports fine tuning, with each grid adjustment accuracy of 0.1 PSI, suitable for harsh pressure control scenarios. It can still maintain normal regulation function in -20°C low-temperature environment without sealing hardening or response delay.
