AMAT 0100-77037 is a high-density digital input/output (DI/DO) expansion module designed by Applied Materials specifically for semiconductor manufacturing equipment. Its core function is high-speed acquisition and synchronous control of discrete signals. Supports 64 channels of digital input/64 channels of digital output, using optoelectronic isolation technology to achieve electrical isolation between the signal and the backplane bus, preventing high-frequency noise interference.
