AMAT 0100-76124 Digital Input/Output (DI/DO) Control Module

AMAT 0100-76124 is a digital input/output (DI/DO) control module designed by Applied Materials specifically for semiconductor manufacturing equipment. Its core function is high-speed acquisition and decoupling control of discrete signals. This module adopts the VME bus architecture and supports real-time data interaction with the main controller (such as AMAT 0100-71311).
