Compatible with medium-voltage AC motor control systems, PLC/DCS systems and MICOM series relay protection devices, adopting dual-mode compatible power supply of 24VDC/110–250VAC, with a rated power consumption of less than 7W, it is energy-saving and efficient, can adapt to the 24-hour uninterrupted operation needs of medium-voltage industrial scenarios, has high operational stability, and can also be used as a PLC/DCS system spare part to quickly complete the replacement of faulty modules.
It is mainly compatible with medium-voltage AC motors (thousands of volts range), can accurately realize the start-stop control and operation regulation of medium-voltage motors, and is equipped with single-phase overcurrent protection function and instantaneous protection element, complying with IEC 60255 standards. It can quickly detect circuit overcurrent faults and trigger protection actions, cut off fault circuits, and avoid damage to medium-voltage motors and related equipment.
It also has the signal transfer function of PLC/DCS systems. Its normally open and normally closed contacts can be used infinitely during programming, clearly optimizing the logical structure of the program without directly driving external loads. It also has terminal signal connection function, which can realize efficient signal interaction between medium-voltage motor control systems and PLC/DCS systems.
Equipped with RS485 serial interface, Ethernet port and CAN bus interface, it supports mainstream industrial communication protocols such as Modbus RTU/TCP, RS485 and CAN, and can be seamlessly connected to medium-voltage industrial automation systems, PLC/DCS systems and monitoring platforms to realize real-time transmission of fault signals, motor operating status and equipment parameters.
Supports the input and output processing of analog signals (4-20mA) and digital signals, has high-precision signal conditioning functions, can accurately collect medium-voltage motor operating parameters and circuit status data, and provide reliable data support for motor control, protection actions, signal transmission and system optimization.

Built-in non-volatile storage function, which can save the LED indication status of delayed and instantaneous actions and motor control parameters, without losing key information even if the power is interrupted, and can reproduce the instantaneous fault status after the power is restored, providing support for fault traceability and system recovery.
