Compatible with railway electronic control equipment, MICOM series relay protection devices and PLC control systems, adopting dual-mode compatible power supply of 24VDC/110VAC, with a rated power consumption of less than 6W, it is energy-saving and efficient, can adapt to the 24-hour uninterrupted operation needs of railway and various industrial scenarios, and has high operational stability.
As a single-phase overcurrent protection relay, it integrates an instantaneous protection element, complies with IEC 60255 standards, can accurately detect single-phase circuit overcurrent faults, realize instantaneous protection actions, quickly cut off fault circuits, avoid equipment damage, and ensure the safety of railway and industrial circuits.
It also has the function of an auxiliary control module, which can be used as an intermediate relay to realize signal transmission inside PLC and railway electronic equipment. Its normally open and normally closed contacts can be used infinitely during programming, clearly optimizing the logical structure of the program without directly driving external loads, and supporting auxiliary control of railway traction and braking systems.
Equipped with RS485 serial interface, Ethernet port and CAN bus interface, it supports mainstream communication protocols such as CAN, EtherCAT and RS485, and can be seamlessly connected to railway electronic control systems, industrial automation systems and monitoring platforms to realize real-time transmission of fault signals, operating status and railway equipment data.
