Functional Features
Overload protection: capable of monitoring motor current. When the current exceeds the set overload value, the protection action will be triggered for a certain period of time, cutting off the motor power supply to prevent damage to the motor due to overload.
Short circuit protection: It has the ability to respond quickly to short-circuit faults in the circuit, can quickly cut off the circuit, and protect equipment and lines from damage caused by short-circuit currents.
Manual/Automatic Reset: Supports both manual and automatic reset modes. Manual reset requires manual operation to restore the normal working state of the relay, ensuring that the equipment is restarted only after troubleshooting; Automatic reset automatically restores after a certain period of time after the fault is eliminated, making it convenient for situations that require quick recovery and operation.
Status indication: Equipped with indicator lights, it can intuitively display the working status of the relay, such as power indication, overload indication, short circuit indication, etc., making it easy for maintenance personnel to quickly determine the fault situation.
Technical Parameter
Rated current: There are usually multiple specifications, commonly ranging from 0.1-1A, 1-10A, 10-100A, etc., to meet the protection needs of different power motors.
Release characteristics: The release curve that complies with relevant standards is generally divided into thermal release and magnetic release. Hot trip is used for overload protection, and its action time is inversely proportional to the magnitude of the overload current, that is, the larger the overload current, the shorter the trip time; Magnetic trip is used for short-circuit protection and has instantaneous action characteristics. When the short-circuit current reaches a certain value, the trip action is immediately triggered.
Working voltage: It can adapt to various AC voltages, commonly including 110V, 220V, 380V, etc., and can meet the power requirements of different industrial sites.
