ABB VBX01TA Dual mode module for bus expansion and analog signal processing

ABB VBX01TA is an industrial-grade dual-mode module for bus expansion and analog signal processing of the HN800/CW800 series launched by ABB. Its core function is to extend the communication distance of the RS485 fieldbus, increase the number of slave nodes, and realize high-precision acquisition and conversion of analog signals such as temperature, pressure and flow, providing an integrated solution for signal expansion and processing for Distributed Control Systems (DCS). The module adopts a compact design, compatible with DSQC series and Bailey INFI 90 systems, integrated with anti-interference protection and fault diagnosis functions. The operating temperature range covers -20°C to 60°C, suitable for industrial scenarios with strict requirements for bus scalability and signal processing accuracy such as metallurgy, oil and gas, and chemical industries.​
