ABB SUE3000 1VCR007346 G0032 is an industrial-grade high-power redundant power supply module, designed specifically for control systems such as AC800M and System 800xA. Its core function is to realize 24V DC redundant power supply, power distribution and status monitoring, providing uninterrupted power protection for distributed I/O modules, controllers and on-site actuators. Adopting an N+1 redundant architecture, the module supports automatic switching of dual input channels and parallel current sharing, communicates seamlessly with the main control system via industrial bus, and is equipped with an LCD status display and button operation interface. SUE3000 adopts active power factor correction (PFC) circuit with input power factor ≥0.95, adapting to wide-range input voltage and maintaining stable output when grid fluctuates by ±20%. N+1 redundant architecture combined with current sharing control technology results in current imbalance ≤3% between parallel modules; when a single module fails, it automatically exits, ensuring uninterrupted system operation.​

Output voltage accuracy is controlled within ±0.5% with load regulation rate ≤0.1%, guaranteeing stable power supply for sensitive electronic equipment. Integrated with LCD display and LED indicators, it real-time shows output voltage, current, temperature and fault status, supporting local configuration via buttons or remote monitoring via bus.​

Built-in temperature sensor and intelligent fan speed regulation function: silent operation below 45°C, automatic acceleration for heat dissipation when overheating, ensuring reliable module operation within the wide temperature range of -25°C to 70°C.
