The redundant architecture adopts “hot standby” mode, with data synchronization delay between active and standby controllers ≤50μs, and non-disturbance switching in case of failure, ensuring continuous and uninterrupted control process.
Integrated with multi-protocol communication engine, the Ethernet transmission rate reaches 1Gbps, supporting PROFINET IRT real-time communication, with data interaction delay with I/O modules ≤100μs. It supports 5 programming languages (LD, FBD, SFC, etc.) of IEC 61131-3 standard, with maximum program capacity of 2MB, enabling complex sequence control and process regulation logic.
