ABB PM865 3BSE030193R1 is an industrial-grade high-performance redundant process controller belonging to the AC 800M series. Product Performance​

PM865 3BSE030193R1 is equipped with an 800MHz high-performance processor, supporting more than 1000 control loops to run simultaneously, with logic operation cycle ≤1ms and PID control accuracy ±0.1%, which can quickly respond to dynamic changes in industrial processes. The redundant architecture adopts “hot standby” mode, with data synchronization delay between active and standby controllers ≤50μs, and non-disturbance switching in case of failure, ensuring continuous and uninterrupted control process.​

Integrated with multi-protocol communication engine, the Ethernet transmission rate reaches 1Gbps, supporting PROFINET IRT real-time communication, with data interaction delay with I/O modules ≤100μs. It supports 5 programming languages (LD, FBD, SFC, etc.) of IEC 61131-3 standard, with maximum program capacity of 2MB, enabling complex sequence control and process regulation logic.​

Built-in comprehensive self-diagnostic system, it can real-time monitor processor, memory, communication link and power status, with fault diagnosis coverage ≥99.9%, and fault information is uploaded to the monitoring system in real time via bus. Fully compatible with AC 800M series I/O modules such as AI810 and AO810, supporting online configuration download and firmware upgrade, enabling system maintenance without shutdown.
