Product Performance
The integrated equipment adopts parallel redundant design of power modules; when a single module fails, the system automatically switches to redundant operation mode, with Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) ≥100,000 hours. The control unit supports Direct Torque Control (DTC) with torque response time <2ms and speed control accuracy ±0.1% of rated speed, enabling rapid motor start-stop and dynamic load adjustment. The intelligent cooling system is equipped with temperature sensors, automatically adjusting cooling intensity according to power module temperature, reducing energy consumption by 15%-20% compared with fixed cooling mode.
The system integrates multiple protection mechanisms: overvoltage (120% rated voltage instantaneous trip), overcurrent (150% rated current trip in 1 second), overload (110% rated load trip in 1 minute), overheating (power module temperature ≥95°C trip), ground fault (zero-sequence current ≥500mA trip), phase loss and over/under frequency protection, ensuring safety of equipment and motors. Communication interfaces support Profibus DP/PA, Modbus RTU/TCP, EtherNet/IP, Profinet IO and OPC UA protocols, enabling remote monitoring, parameter configuration and fault diagnosis, as well as industrial internet platform access.
In addition, the integrated equipment supports parallel operation of multiple units, achieving power expansion to over 100MW through current sharing control technology, adapting to large-scale industrial drive scenarios. It also has grid voltage dip withstand capability, maintaining operation for more than 150ms when voltage drops to 60% of rated value, ensuring production continuity.
