P8151B adopts a 16-bit high-precision A/D converter to ensure high accuracy and repeatability of analog signal acquisition, meeting the needs of high-precision industrial process monitoring. The module features independent channel isolation design to effectively suppress on-site electromagnetic interference, with common mode rejection ratio and differential mode rejection ratio reaching industrial high standards, suitable for high-interference industrial environments. It has a built-in cold junction compensation function to realize automatic temperature compensation for thermocouple input signals, eliminating the need for external compensation circuits.
Supporting hot-swap operation, module replacement can be completed without stopping the system, reducing downtime and improving system availability. It integrates comprehensive self-diagnosis functions, which can monitor power supply abnormalities, channel faults, sensor open/short circuits and other statuses, and upload fault information in real-time through the communication interface, facilitating quick location and maintenance. It is seamlessly compatible with ABB control systems, supporting high-speed data transmission through protocols such as PROFIBUS DP and EtherNet/IP, with data update delay ≤100ms.
