Product Performance
HS810 adopts dual-channel redundant input and forced-guided relay output structure, ensuring that safety functions are not lost in case of single fault, meeting PL e safety level requirements. Built-in real-time self-diagnosis circuit can monitor relay contact sticking, coil fault, power abnormality and input circuit disconnection with fault diagnosis coverage ≥99% and fault response time ≤5ms, feeding back status through auxiliary output and LED indicators.
The module supports manual/automatic reset mode switching, and reset time can be configured through external circuit (0.1s-10s). It is seamlessly compatible with ABB AC500, AC800M and other PLC systems, realizing safety logic linkage through standard input and output. Maintaining stable performance within the wide temperature range of -20°C to 60°C, the forced-guided relay contacts have mechanical life ≥1,000,000 cycles and electrical life ≥100,000 cycles, with mean time between failures (MTBF) ≥200,000 hours.
