Product Performance
The module adopts a 32-bit ARM Cortex-A9 dual-core processor (1GHz clock speed) and a 24-bit Δ-Σ high-precision ADC. The analog signal acquisition accuracy is ≤±0.1% full scale, and the temperature drift is ≤0.001% full scale/℃ (range -40°C to 75°C), ensuring measurement accuracy in extreme environments. The digital signal response time is ≤3ms, and the pulse signal capture accuracy is ≤1μs, which can quickly capture high-frequency state changes of equipment.
It supports dual Ethernet redundancy and dual RS-485 redundancy design, with a communication link switching time ≤50ms. No data is lost when a single link fails, ensuring continuous transmission of control commands and monitoring data. The built-in intelligent diagnostic algorithm can real-time detect 16 types of faults such as channel open/short circuit, signal over-limit, communication interruption, and power abnormality, with a diagnostic coverage rate ≥99.8%. Fault information is uploaded to the control system in real time via the bus, and local sound and light alarms are triggered simultaneously (alarm module optional).
The module supports online configuration download and hot-swap operation. The configuration update time is ≤10 seconds, and the module replacement time is ≤15 seconds. The maintenance process does not interrupt system operation. It is compatible with ABB 800xA, AC 800F, and third-party control systems (such as Siemens PCS 7, Rockwell ControlLogix), and can be graphically programmed and parameter-configured via ABB Control Builder M software.
