Product Performance
The module has Sequence of Events (SOE) function with event acquisition resolution up to 1ms, event queue capable of storing 257 events, and built-in shutter filter to eliminate invalid interference signals. The 16 channels adopt group isolation design, combined with current limiting components and EMC protection modules, which can resist on-site surge and electromagnetic interference, ensuring stable signal acquisition.
Integrated with advanced on-board diagnostic system, it can real-time monitor transducer power status, channel input abnormalities and module communication faults. Fault information is uploaded to the controller via I/O bus in real time, with diagnostic coverage ≥99%. It supports flexible configuration of single system and redundant system, and can form double protection with the controller in redundant applications, adapting to 24/7 continuous production scenarios.
Fully compatible with AC 800M series controllers, data transmission delay ≤10ms. Parameter configuration and function activation can be completed through configuration software without additional drivers. It has strong compatibility with terminal units, simplifying on-site wiring and maintenance processes.
