ABB DASO120 57120001-EY is an industrial-grade enhanced distributed digital output module, designed specifically for AC800M and S800L control systems. Its core function is to convert digital control signals from the controller into high-speed transistor output signals, enabling precise on-off control of high-response equipment such as frequency converters, servo drives and solenoid valves. Adopting a distributed bus architecture, the module communicates seamlessly with the main controller via Profinet/Modbus TCP, supporting remote deployment to optimize on-site wiring. Product Performance​

DASO120 adopts 16-channel independent NPN transistor output design, with switching speed 100 times faster than relay output, meeting the millisecond-level control requirements of high-speed equipment. The transistor life is ≥100 million cycles, with no risk of mechanical wear. Supporting online hot-swap function, the main control system remains in normal operation during module replacement, reducing maintenance downtime by more than 95%.​

It communicates with the main controller via Profinet IO bus, with data update cycle ≤1ms, ensuring real-time response of control commands. Channel-level electrical isolation combined with multi-stage EMC filtering circuit provides common mode rejection ratio ≥95dB, effectively resisting high-frequency electromagnetic interference and ground loops in industrial sites.​

Integrated with full-channel self-diagnosis functions, it can real-time detect output short circuit, overload and module power abnormalities, with fault status fed back to the main controller via dual-color LED indicators (green for normal, red for fault) and bus, diagnostic response time ≤1ms. Mean time between failures (MTBF) ≥300,000 hours, meeting industrial-grade continuous operation requirements.​
