Product Performance
DASO120 adopts 16-channel independent NPN transistor output design, with switching speed 100 times faster than relay output, meeting the millisecond-level control requirements of high-speed equipment. The transistor life is ≥100 million cycles, with no risk of mechanical wear. Supporting online hot-swap function, the main control system remains in normal operation during module replacement, reducing maintenance downtime by more than 95%.
It communicates with the main controller via Profinet IO bus, with data update cycle ≤1ms, ensuring real-time response of control commands. Channel-level electrical isolation combined with multi-stage EMC filtering circuit provides common mode rejection ratio ≥95dB, effectively resisting high-frequency electromagnetic interference and ground loops in industrial sites.
Integrated with full-channel self-diagnosis functions, it can real-time detect output short circuit, overload and module power abnormalities, with fault status fed back to the main controller via dual-color LED indicators (green for normal, red for fault) and bus, diagnostic response time ≤1ms.
